Warrants were issued January 13 - 20 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

• Lauren Elizabeth Andablo, 38, of Poplar Bluff, for a Class B misdemeanor of trespassing, a Class D misdemeanor of driving while revoked and a Class D misdemeanor of no insurance.

• Tommy E Graham, 49, of Bernie, for a Class D Felony of stealing.

• Jesse J. Moore, 30, of Doniphan, for a Class D Felony of stealing and a Class D Felony of receiving stolen property.

• Thomas Hume Skaggs, 68, of Doniphan, for a Class D Felony of possession of a controlled substance and a Class D misdemeanor of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Circuit Court Division I

Jeffery Earl Capper, 55, pled guilty Jan. 13 to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid. He was sentenced to five years of supervised probation.

Jeffery Austin Davis, 33, of Doniphan pled guilty Jan 13 to possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid. Davis was sentenced to five years of supervised probation.

Tommy Dale Holt, 48, of Doniphan pled guilty on Jan. 13 to two counts driving while revoked/suspended and no insurance. He was sentenced to five years of supervised probation and fined $150.

Lane J. Pennington, 28, of Qulin pled guilty Jan.13 to two counts of domestic assault, 3rd degree. He was sentenced to five years of supervised probation as a prior offender.

James Eugene Redden, 48, of Portageville pled guilty Jan. 14 to forgery. He was sentenced to five years of supervised probation and fined $580.

Terry Marvin Siegler 51, of Doniphan pled guilty on Jan. 14 to harassment, 1st degree, and was sentenced to five years of supervised probation.

Christopher Spicer, 36, of Van Buren pled guilty Jan 13 to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to seven years in jail.

Phillip L. Valibaba, 38, of Doniphan pled guilty Jan 13 to two counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was given five-year and seven-year sentences, to run concurrently.

Circuit Court Division II

Gregory A. Hollowell, 60, of Advance pled guilty Jan. 13 to failure to register a vehicle and was fined $100.

Kevin Lee Johnson, 31, of Doniphan pled guilty Jan. 14 to failure to register a vehicle and was fined $100.

Chadd L. Allen, 50, of Doniphan pled guilty Jan 14 to attempt to take, or possess deer without permit and to take or attempt to take deer with bait. He was fined $399.

Larry Kirksy Jr., 19 of Doniphan pled guilty Jan 15 for animal at large and was fined $50.

Lorna Naomi Nelson, 50 of Grandin pled guilty on Jan.15 to failure to register a vehicle and was fined $75.

William S. Brandon, 52 of Ellsinore pled guilty on Jan. 15 to take, attempt to take, pursue, possess or transport wildlife without permit. He was fined $49.50.
