Several individuals pleaded guilty to various felonies in Missouri's Circuit Court Division I, receiving sentences ranging from probation to 15 years in prison for charges including child abuse, non-support, and murder.

Dec. 2

Timothy Clark Allbritton, 51, of Bloomfield pleaded guilty to abuse or neglect of a child, no sexual contact, a D felony. He was sentenced to five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Timmy B. Collins, 50, of Doniphan pleaded guilty to non-support, total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments, an E felony. He was sentenced to five years supervised probation.

Daniel Cordell Hoefer, 30, of Doniphan pleaded guilty to first degree endangering the welfare of a child, creating substantial risk, a D felony. He was sentenced to seven years in the MDOC.

Brooke Nicole Maples, 31, of Doniphan pleaded guilty to third degree assault, an E felony. She was sentenced to five years supervised probation.

Jason Matthew Knuckles, 46, of Poplar Bluff pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, a D felony, and unlawful use of a weapon, an E felony. He was sentenced to five years supervised probation on each.

Dec. 5

David B. Scrivner Jr., 44, of Doniphan pleaded guilty to second degree murder, an A felony. He was sentenced to 15 years in the DOC.
