Warrants were issued Dec. 16-23 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•Frankie Lee Brewer, 34, of Doniphan for two counts misdemeanor of stealing.

•Colton Michael Jordan, 25, of Williamsville for felony D possession of controlled substance and misdemeanor D unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jimmie F. Marshall, 44, for felony E driving while revoked/suspended.
