Warrants For Dec. 9-16

Warrants were issued Dec. 9-16 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•David Laroy Belt, 51, of Poplar Bluff, for misdemeanor A operating a vehicle on highway without a valid license, second offense.

• Frankie Lee Brewer, 34, of Poplar Bluff, for felony E resisting arrest/detention/stop by fleeing, creating a substantial risk or serious injury/death to any person.

• Tony Lee Bush, Jr., 37, of Fairdealing, for felony D possession of controlled substance and misdemeanor A unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, prior drug offense.

• Brian Everett Robbins, 45, of Doniphan, for felony D possession of controlled substance and misdemeanor A unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, prior drug offense.

•Christopher Allen Spicer, 36, Van Buren, Mo., for probation violation felony D possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid.
