Charles Edward Barham, 43, of Doniphan pled guilty Nov. 4 to failure to register as a sex offender. He was sentenced to five years to the department of corrections.

Debra Sue Brawner, 49, of Doniphan pled guilty Nov. 4 to counterfeiting and was sentenced to two years’ supervised probation.

Kandace L. Butler, 36, of Poplar Bluff pled guilty Nov. 4 to possession of controlled substance and was sentenced to seven years of supervised probation.

Guy Scott Gibbs, 58, of Doniphan pled guilty Nov. 4 to two charges of possession of controlled substance and was sentenced to seven years’ supervised probation.

Benjamin James Murphy, 22 of Walnut Ridge, Ark. pled guilty to two counts of harassment- first degree. He was sentenced to five years of supervised probation.

Justin Alan Smith, 42, of Poplar Bluff pled guilty Nov. 4 to domestic assault-third degree. He was sentenced to a 120-day program to department of corrections.

Garey Stevenson, 28, of Doniphan pled guilty Nov. 4 to statutory Rape- second degree and statutory sodomy-second degree. He was sentenced to six years department of corrections.
