Bradley M. Stortz, 57, of Perryville, Mo., pled guilty July 16 to no safety belt and was fined $10.

Bethel Evelyn Bruce, 81, of Naylor, pled guilty July 17 to failure to stop at stop sign line/before crosswalk/point nearest intersection. She was fined $100.

Jason A. Brockunier, 43, of Doniphan, pled guilty July 17 to violation of an order protection for an adult and was sentenced to two years of supervised probation.

Desiree Tylene Councilor, 27, of Poplar Bluff, pled guilty July 17 to speeding and not wearing a safety belt. She was fined $165.50

Jamie R. Irvin, 46, of Fairdealing, pled guilty July 17 to violation of the education requirement for a child and was fined $300.

Michael Joseph Jett, 26, of Doniphan, pled guilty July 17 to stealing. He was sentenced to two years of unsupervised probation.

Aaron Lack, 42, of Fairdealing, pled guilty July 19 to failure to register a motor vehicle and was fined $50.50.

Penny L. Owens, 44, of Doniphan, pled guilty July 17 to failure to secure a child under eight years old in a restraint or booster seat. She was fined $49.50.

Phillip S. Smith, 54, of Gatewood, pled guilty on July 17 to peace disturbance, first offense. He was fined $300.

Jeffery Scott Winters, 42, of Doniphan, pled guilty July 17 to resisting/interfering with arrest, detention or stop. He was sentenced to two years of supervised probation.
