Kaytlin Michelle Payne, 19, of Greenville pled guilty July 2 to operating a motor vehicle with brakes not in good working order. She was fined $100.

Robert William Fullington, 62, of Doniphan pled guilty June 2 to no safety belt and was fined $10.

Samuel Allen Thompson, 31, of Rolla, Mo. pled guilty July 2 to failure to register a motor vehicle and was fined $50.50

George W. Childress, III, 38, of Springfield, Mo. pled guilty July 3 to operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license, first offense and no insurance. He was fined $350.

Heaven Elisabeth Gore, 25, of Naylor pled guilty June 3 to no safety belt and was fined $10.

William Joseph Nance, Jr., 28, of Doniphan pled guilty July 3 to driving while revoked, first offense, no insurance, no safety belt and failure to properly affix/fasten to or maintain motor vehicle plates. He was fined $460.

Kevin L. Pennington, 27, of Doniphan pled guilty July 3 to failure to register a motor vehicle and was fined $50.50

Matthew Stephen Bonagurio, 41 of Fenton, Mo., pled guilty July 4 to insufficient personal flotation devices and was fined $25.
