I saw pictures of the Chilton/Thompson wedding which took place Oct. 17 at Knowlyn family farm in Jackson, Mo. It was a family affair even the children had a part. Debi baked their cake. Debi enjoys baking cakes of all kinds. Sad that she can’t pick up extra money baking/decorating cakes. Everyone can use extra money along.
Ellsinore had some excitement Tuesday when a long load with an official (red and blue flashing lights) escort tried to make the turn to continue traveling east. They blocked the highway for awhile and were over an hour getting on their way lots of on lookers and I’m sure some laughs. At one point I thought they were turning around and heading back to 67 Highway. I know some were greatly inconvenienced one had an emergency I understand required the ambulance.
There is still sickness and that ole cancer has reared its ugly head again. Feel better folks. Sympathy to those who have lost family and friends. I care.
I had several helpers and a few unexpected curves have kept life interesting. A simple phone call set some things right and we both benefited. I appreciate the help.
The Live Oak are interesting to me. I wonder if the heavy limbs make logs. The trunk seems too short. Most have good swing branches. As a kid those swing branches were important.
