I just want to say again how “thankful” for so many people. I don’t think I would have enough room to mention every one of them by name. I would like to say a special “thank you,” to Wes Grace who has been there to help with so many things around my house to help me get ready for my surgery. I had surgery on Oct. 29, had to be at the hospital at 6:30 and then I was first on the docket for surgery at 8...

I just want to say again how “thankful” for so many people. I don’t think I would have enough room to mention every one of them by name. I would like to say a special “thank you,” to Wes Grace who has been there to help with so many things around my house to help me get ready for my surgery. I had surgery on Oct. 29, had to be at the hospital at 6:30 and then I was first on the docket for surgery at 8.

The Lord has been so good to me in so many ways and I know in all things the Lord Jesus is in control of all.  A very special “thank you,” also to my daughter-in-law, Ashley Hudson. She has been so good to go and drive me to Cape. She is very special to me and words can to express how grateful I am to have her in my life. Thanks one and all for all the prayers, they’re greatly appreciated.

There will be no Bunco in November or December because of the holidays celebrating Thanksgiving and Christmas. Bunco will start back up in January 2021. Well let’s just say hopefully, at that time who knows how the weather will be and how much snow we will be having then.

I have had a lot of laughs over Josh Kelly’s big old hound dog. I guess as he is getting older he doesn’t like the cold weather. He came scratching at my front door, opened the door and he runs in. Goes over and climbs on my two small dogs’ bed. Needless to say I don’t think he has moved from there except to eat in the last three days. It is hard to get him to even go out and take care of business. Before you can turn around he is at the door again. We will do find until he thinks he should also be in my bed, along with my two small dogs. Needless to say with three dogs in your bed there is not enough room then for me.

It was very sad to hear that David Blackshear had passed. My prayers and love to all of the family. David battled cancer for a long time. He was a good friend and will be greatly missed by so many. May you have strength in the days ahead for that you go through, and to be able to carry on.

I have always had this little thing that if something major is going on and need answers from the Lord, that if I see a deer where there should or should see. Then I knew all was going to be ok. I heard my dogs having fits looking out the window. Went to see what was going on and there feeding in the front yard were two young deer. Now I know it’s going to be ok. Thanking the Lord for answering my prayers. So I will not be posting as much this week and will let everyone know more next week. The Lord blesses in so many ways and I am so thankful for all His love and grace. Lord please bless all and give them healing. Remember God loves you and so do I. Amen
