The Doniphan-Ripley County Library celebrated the New Year with music, games, keepsake crafts, snacks, and a huge balloon drop when the clock striked noon with children on Tuesday, Dec. 31.

A photo opt was made available at the event and good luck ducks where donated by Southeast Missouri (SEMO) Behavioral Health.
