Punxsutawney Phil's task is paramount.
That we'll all be watchig there is no doubt.
With hilarious hullabaloo and fanfare
We'll all sit around the TV and stare.
Will the sun stay hidden, producing no shadow?
If so we'll hoot for an early spring and no snow.
Or will Phil see a bright sky full of warning?
If the sun does shine, there'll be many who will whine.
If it doesn't, we might see an early spring so fine.
Whatever your preference, you can place a sure bet,
That in spite of dear Phil, we'll take what we get.

(We don't want to replace dear Phil just yet. Robotic creatures are rough to pet.)
